I offer a fixed price model wherein you need to mention in detail the work based on which a fixed quote is provided and also the time required to complete the job is confirmed. In case the work is ongoing or large, specific milestones with timeframes are created.

Per Hour Packages

Based on your requirement and type of work I offer three per hour packages in which the costing varies from $25 to $15 / hour. I suggest you try services and get things started through a Bronze or Silver package and then move on to a Gold Package for ongoing work.

BRONZE PACKAGE

Per Hour Costing: $25 / Hour

Package Price: $75
Hours Included: 3 Hours

Looking to test us out or have some minor bugs cleared from your Craft site? This is the perfect package to get things started or to just sort out some bugs and changes.

SILVER PACKAGE

Per Hour Costing: $20 / Hour

Package Price: $400
Hours Included: 20 Hours

Blueprint changes, custom CSS/JS/PHP code, minor design or structural change – this plan is ideally suited in case you have one or more small tasks.

GOLD PACKAGE

Per Hour Costing: $15 / Hour

Package Price: $600
Hours Included: 40 Hours

Major design or structural upgrades, third-party services integration, headless CMS – this package is suited for major upgrades or for ongoing work.

How it Works

  • With a Flexible Retainer in place, you send request (of any size) whenever you want.
  • You get an estimate and the work is completed (can be as little as 1–2 business days).
  • Larger request may be assigned a fixed-fee.
  • The work is completed and you get notified when it’s done.
  • Your Flexible Retainer is adjusted at a reduced hourly rate, with no time limit.
  • I’ll notify you when I’m reaching the end of the retainer.
  • An online portal is available for 24/7 access.

Important Points

  • The Flexible Retainer minimum is $500.
  • Client-collaborators often opt for a higher value to simplify admin tasks and request handling.
  • Flexible Retainer hours do not expire.
  • You will not be billed any calendar period.
  • Flexible Retainer balances can be applied to fixed-fee projects.
  • Rush requests (faster than estimated) will be billed at double value.
  • Rush turnaround may not always be possible.

Refund Policy

The Flexible Retainer is offered at a reduced hourly rate. If for any reason you want to end the retainer I’ll calculate the time used from the current block at the standard hourly rate. If that total is more than what was paid in, I’ll ignore the difference. If it’s less, I’ll refund the difference.
